I am Alex Tsimerman, President of StandUP-America and\u00a0fighter for human rights for all my life. I came to United States\u00a0and Seattle as a political and religious refugee. I escaped from\u00a0Soviet Union fascism and KGB. I have lived in King County and Seattle for\u00a0approximately 35 years. In my life I have been a business man,\u00a0consultant and independent caregiver for my mother. I have\u00a0over 20 years of education in the engineering and\u00a0management field. I have college and University education\u00a0equal to the US\u2019s Master\u2019s Degree.<\/h5>\n
In 1997, I filed my first class action lawsuit against an\u00a0apartment complex in Bellevue, which involved the King\u00a0County Housing Authority for housing discrimination on behalf\u00a0of hundreds of families, which included disabled, senior citizen\u00a0and people with section 8. This is one of the biggest housing\u00a0discrimination case in Washington State and has been going on\u00a0for over 7 years in different courts, including petition signed by\u00a0100’s of people and complaints to many elected officials. You\u00a0can read about this lawsuit in the Seattle Times. After this class\u00a0action, I feel I am the best housing expert from the people’s\u00a0side.<\/h5>\n
In 2007, I filed my second class action lawsuit on behalf of\u00a050,000 senior citizen, disabled people and caregivers against\u00a0the Department of Social Health Services for stealing almost a\u00a0100 million dollars from these people. This case went on for\u00a0over 8 years, including an appeal, a dozen complaints and 12\u00a0administrative hearings. This year Washington State will have\u00a0to pay the stolen money back to those caregivers This class\u00a0action was the first of its kind in American History and\u00a0triggered similar class actions around many different states so\u00a0a million people will get back money stolen by government\u00a0departments. This information can be found everywhere,\u00a0including the Seattle Times.<\/h5>\n
For the last few years, I, along with StandUP-America, have\u00a0brought almost 50 cases against US Senators; State Senators;\u00a0King County, Bellevue, and Seattle Council; many judges,\u00a0prosecutors and policemen. All of these cases were dismissed,\u00a0many without even being heard. This shows how deep the\u00a0corruption runs in our justice system; it is very hard to find an\u00a0honest judge that follows law and common sense.<\/h5>\n
To punish me for my political activity, class action and for\u00a0running for King County Council position, the King County\u00a0prosecutor charged me with obtaining funds illegally from DSHS as an independent caregiver – this case was a complete fabrication. The investigation went on for 8 years, costing the\u00a0County over $100,000 while only charging me for legally\u00a0obtaining a couple thousand dollars. This includes an absurd\u00a0decision by the appeals court. The County’s action was not to\u00a0obtain justice, but rather an attempt to silence a citizen acting\u00a0against its corruption.<\/h5>\n
I have been prosecuted twice for each of my class actions and have many trespasses\u00a0given to me by the Mayor Adolf Murray, Seattle City Council\u00a0and the Executive of King County, Dow Constantine.
\nI have twelve trespass from Seattle City Hall and council chamber for a total of more than 1400 days. NOBODY IN UNITED STATES HISTORY HAS EVER HAD THIS HAPPEN BEFORE! I have trespass from 12 July 2017 from Seattle City Hall and Council Chamber when I was the Mayoral Candidate for Seattle Mayor position, which is a pure constitutional crime. This trespass was for one year. I have three trespasses from King County. One from Puget Sound Regional Council. I have a lifetime trespass from Seattle City Club and Seattle University. This is what happens with a fascist government and you have a different opinion.\u00a0 Seattle fascism is classic fascism when government together with corporation suck blood and money from the people. This is a pure example of fascism!<\/h5>\n
Since 2008, along with StandUP-America, I have spoken\u00a0publicly about the corruption of our government almost 3,000 times in Council Chambers. You can see me everyday in council\u00a0chambers<\/strong>.<\/h5>\n
I have spoken to the King, Peirce, Snohomish County, Seattle, Tacoma, Everette, Bellevue, Redmond,\u00a0Burien, Renton, Kirkland and Shoreline Councils, etc.\u00a0I have spoken to the King County and Seattle Housing\u00a0Authority and Human Rights Commission and the Bellevue\u00a0Human Rights Commission almost 100 times.<\/h5>\n
I made a few dozen complaints to many government agencies,\u00a0including 7 discriminatory complaints to the Washington\u00a0Human Rights Commission and 3 complaints to the FBI for\u00a0government agencies who have stolen the people’s money. In\u00a0addition, I have made a half dozen complaints (civil and\u00a0criminal) to Seattle Police. All of these complaints were either\u00a0not answered or dismissed.<\/h5>\n
I have more than 50 traffic tickets given to me by policemen.\u00a0All tickets I bring to court and I ask the policemen to be\u00a0present. A dozen of these tickets I have brought to Appeals\u00a0Court. This is nothing unusual. This shows how the government suck blood and money from less protected class.\u00a0I know how the system works and how the system doesn’t work. I have experience from 2 almost identical systems; I have\u00a0experience from a corrupt bureaucrat Soviet Union empire\u00a0and now with a corrupted bureaucrat American empire.<\/h5>\n

Community Service: <\/strong>Won class action in 1997 for housing discrimination, which included HUD. Won a very unique class action in 2015 against DSHS for stealing $100 million from 50,000 people.
